GPN Charter
The operating charter of GPN ~ the GoodSam Partner Network. Last updated 2026-07-04.
Preamble
FL3Ai.com and its member platforms operate together as GPN ~ the GoodSam Partner Network, a collaborative consortium of specialized AI platforms anchored across the Florida–Alabama AI corridor, with core presence in Walton County and Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This charter records what the network is for, how member platforms work together, and the standards each member agrees to uphold.
Article I — Name & Purpose
The network exists to make specialized, practical AI accessible to organizations across the Southeast and beyond. FL3Ai.com serves as the network's shared directory and single point of entry, routing each inquiry to the member platform whose domain expertise best fits the need — from customer experience and cloud strategy to defense applications and deep learning.
Article II — Mission
Members share a commitment to ethical, practical AI implementation. We believe in transparency, collaborative innovation, and solving real-world problems — and we measure our work by outcomes delivered, not technology deployed for its own sake.
Article III — Principles
Every member platform agrees to operate by these principles:
- Practical over hype. We recommend and build what works in production, and we are candid about what AI cannot yet do.
- Human oversight. Consequential decisions in the systems we deliver retain human review — AI assists judgment; it does not replace accountability.
- Transparency & provenance. We are clear with clients about what is AI-generated, what data a system relies on, and where its limits are.
- Community benefit. We invest in the region's workforce, education, and civic capacity as part of doing business here.
- Stewardship. We handle client data responsibly and honor the confidentiality of every engagement.
Article IV — Membership
Member platforms are independently owned and operated businesses, each with a distinct domain focus. Members agree to maintain an operational public presence, represent their capabilities accurately, uphold this charter, and refer work across the network in good faith. The network is a collaborative consortium — not a legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship — and no member may bind another.
Article V — How We Work Together
The network delivers end-to-end coverage through three modes of work: Consulting (strategic guidance and technical assessment), Build (custom development, fine-tuning, and integration), and Deploy & Operate (implementation, training, and ongoing optimization). Inquiries arriving through FL3Ai.com are routed to the best-fit member; each engagement is contracted directly between the client and that member platform under its own terms.
Article VI — Governance & Stewardship
This charter is stewarded by the network's founding organization, the Good Samaritan Institute. Any member may propose changes; amendments are adopted by consensus of the member platforms and recorded on this page with a revision date. FL3Ai.com is maintained as the network's shared directory on behalf of all members.
Article VII — Brand & Attribution
Members in good standing may identify themselves with the byline "by GPN ~ the GoodSam Partner Network." Listing on FL3Ai.com signifies membership in the network; it is not a warranty or endorsement of any specific engagement, and each member remains solely responsible for its own services, content, and commitments.
Article VIII — Amendments & Contact
Revisions to this charter are versioned on this page. Questions about the charter or the network may be directed through the contact page or to legal@fl3ai.com.
Version 1.0 (draft) — published 2026-07-04, pending formal ratification by member platforms. Wording may be refined before adoption.
